Gainey Wins Court Approval for Reorganization Plan

Bankrupt trucking company Gainey Corp. won a battle to reorganize under bankruptcy law when a federal judge ruled it could use its cash to continue to fund its operations, the Grand Rapids (Mich.) Press reported.
