Arkansas Trucking Association members expressed their frustration with larger rivals who are undercutting shipping rates during the group's annual business conference Thursday.

The industry that claims to deliver more than 80 percent of the goods and commodities consumed by local communities has struggled to deal with a drop-off in freight volume since the end of 2006 as the economy continues to sag.
