Default Mexican Trucking Group Suing U.S. for $6 Billion

Mexican trucking companies are suing the United States government for $6 billion over Washington's refusal to allow Mexican carriers onto U.S. roads under the North American Free Trade Agreement, Reuters reported.

Get ready for the usual OBAMA FLIP-FLOP.He banned Mexican trucks now they want to reopen the borders.GOD help us if these po trucks travel our roads without insurance.What's not to say that a driver comes over here then VANISHES into the illegal alien system.Thanks to ALL the politicians who supported NAFTA.source ttnews.com.

America is our country, America has the right to act as it chooses, I wonder how the mexicans think they even have a leg to stand on with this law suit.

God help us if we choose to settle, or even worse re-open the borders, I would think that the presiding judge, could refuse to hear the case, or throw it out immediatly. I hope anyway, maybe America should sue the mexican government for allowing all the drug gangs to penetrate our great land.

ummm he really didn't ban them, how that happened is one congressman had actually included that in the big omnibus or stimulus bill that they couldn't read before they signed.... they have long overturned that bill
