Environmental teams are still accessing the impact of Monday's gasoline leak at a petroleum pipeline in west Charlotte. Residents near the BP gasoline trucking terminal at 7401 Old Mount Holly Road said they first noticed a strong odor at around 5 p.m. Monday.

This is fast becoming an ugly situation down here. Lots of angry folks. You can even smell it going by exits 34-36 on 85.
