The highway bill passed last year for the next 12 years or known as TEA act 21.. think, was for around 143 BILLION dollars!!! They have already found money going to projects that collected HUGE money from this and cannot find them at all. Example, their is a couple of major projects that "built" bridges in alaska. However, they are still trying to find them. One of the more important people on the committees is from Alaska. In return, Alaska gets one of the highest percentages out of all the states. Overall, Pa could have better roads amoung other states in need if this bill was properly handed. Finally, our roads are right down awful.
