(ARA) - Whenever we see tire debris alongside the road and highway we jump to the conclusion that it comes from retreaded tires.

When I was training to get my CDL's, my trainer called them "alligators", because the truck tires that came apart looked like them, rolled up on the side of the road!! DS.
