Default Trucking industry braces for change (Detroit Free Press)
The trucking industry is not a big fan of change. The constantly changing price of fuel is a problem. The turnover rate for drivers is a problem. And now, the Environmental Protection Agency has new emission rules taking effect Jan. 1 that signify more change.
