Lewis had 3 different holdings, and one was union that I know of, and one was not. Lewis Truck Line was, Dakota Cartage was not. I do not know what the other was. It was sudden and no warning, I have a couple of friends work there, SURPRISE!!!

I don't see any shortage of competitors willing to snap up the business, I deliver up to Fargo and see plenty of ABF, Yellow, Fedex, and Vitran sets on the road , also live close to the Lewis barn in the Twin Cities and their equipment looked like it could use the retirement, Heart goes out to the drivers, good driving jobs seem to be getting slim.
