Default Trucking firm facing hazardous waste charges (Providence Business News)

PROVIDENCE – Cumberland-based Berkeley Transportation Co. has agreed to plead guilty to illegally shipping hazardous waste from an East Providence site to a trucking depot in Warwick, the U.S. attorney’s office said.

It's about time they got this dirtball Brad D on something to either fine him or put him away.
He bilked millions from the former trucking co. Danis and cheated it employees of fair wages and health care for years.
After moving Danis from its terminal in Cumberland he broke every enviromental law on the books to expand and up grade his terminal in Cumberland to lease to FED EX FREIGHT and was allowed to get away with it.
Not to mention the building and code violations for years at Dean Warehouse former IGA Warehouse on Martin St in Cumberland
