We'll see what happens ?
My wife just got hers approved. It took just over a year, without a lawyer.
She is getting back pay back to the date she was declared disabled.
About the time she was no longer able to work, I began having problems myself. I missed a lot of work and was drawing 40% short term disability. Not much, but something.
Seeing some light at the end of the tunnell now.

If you do get a lawyer get one that's close to where you live and one that's speciality is social security cases.

I was self employed ,because I was un-empolyable...lol..

One time I had a Federal judge who wanted me to do some work on the outside of his house. We got done with phase 1, and came in the next Monday to open these "preestoric"windows...so someone had to let us in..... I called him Monday, Tuesday, and wed. morning....FINALLY, he calls wed. afternoon..and says; "Why aren't you at my house working ?" I said; "You never returned my calls judge, and the door was locked "
He said; "You sun baeech, My daughter has been there to let you in"
I said; "call me back when you calm down"
.... I ended up hanging up on him three more times, and finally ,I answered the forth call, and HE said; "Blankety, blank..blank, I'll shove this latter up your arse sideways when I see you"....
I said; "I'll be right over your Honor, I gota fell this"

Well, He said I owed him money....WRONG answer I owed him nothing ! HE took me to court, and started lying like he!!....
"I jumped out of my chair, and made that suck-a duck for cover.... the bailiff said; "I should of let you beat his @rse, that guy is nothing butt trouble, and an embarrassment to Law"

case dismissed.... no money for the lier, thief....Amen
