12/05/99 was the beginning of Truckingboards after another trucking website (The Freighthauler) owner no longer had the time to operate them.

if you have a story from way back when put it in this thread and lets all take a trip way back when

First, CONGRATULATIONS on being 10 years "YOUNG".

I have to admit though, i joined on this date: 05-12-2007

So as a result, I DO NOT go back that far, but I can certainly tell you, that this is THE BEST SITE ANYONE CAN COME TO, AND BE A MEMBER OF........!!

Thank You Jeff for setting up, maintaining, and paying for this site, and let's celebrate your 20th anniversary, when that time comes.......!!

I remember when membership hit one thousand it was a milestone. Congratulations and thanks for providing us with a home away from home.
