No Rights For Union Members
Anybody in a union has no rights at all.Did anyone know this?
There has been a few greivences filed at Nightwalkers barn, as I am sure at other barns as well. Some have been won, and some have been shot down. Nightwalker called the NLRB and talked with a man who said he was a union lawyer hired by the state (that you live in). This is what his job is (answering questions for unions). He point blank came out and said union members have no rights. That the locals can change and do what they want with the contract. So, one local can win a greivence for someone and another local can shoot it down, and have it be the same greivence issue. So, It's ok for the union locals not to go according to the contract, but if you drivers out there were to break the contract, they'd be all over you guys, and maybe lose your job over it.
I don't know, but maybe It's my way of thinking, but is something WRONG here? Thank you.
