I did not want to hijack another thread so I decided to start a new one ! I gotta tell you folks,being a steward is no picnic. I do enjoy the job. The most major problem is getting the members to realize that being union DOESN'T mean that you can tell the Company how to run the business ! All you can do really is do your best to hold thier feet to the fire and force the company to adhere to the contract they agreed to . Any input ?
