Hey wats up guys. I searched the forum and still have some unanswered questions. I got the call friday that im all cleared to start as a ft dockworker w/cdl at the Long Island location. First question is am I actually guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per week? I believe that has somethin to do with the 90% and 10% thing, but I don't even understand that very much either. Guess im kinda slow with all this stuff. Seems like a lot info to learn. Another question is how much is the initiation fee to join the union and monthly dues? And how long is the probationary period? Yup, think that's about it for now. Thanks in advance
