This term "ad-hoc" is nothing but a ploy put in by the company to aviod the terms of the contract. The contract states that the company has a right to a sufficient # of full time employees to be 'UNSCHEDULED" without out a posted start time in order to handle unscheduled or ad-hoc(work under consideration). It states NO WHERE that these sufficient # of job are not bid!
