 Help me out guys
My future son-in-law is a very junior package car driver. It has been slow at his barn this week. He worked one day but showed up and was sent home without work the other four.
Question, does the contract specify showup pay when you are sent home? If so, does anyone know chapter and verse in the contract? Should it automatically be paid or does he have to request it? Also, if they are sending out drivers helpers, but do not have enough work for regular drivers, should the underworked drivers bump the helpers?
