Hi everyone, i'm here because I'm hoping to get some answers and don't know where to turn.

My husband is a package driver, since 2001. two small accidents (brush rubbing truck) since then, none in the past year or more. got in an accident today, had a blind spot and was hit and was ticketed. no injuries. he was fired on the spot. his supervisor has a small group of guys that he is always harrasing and he is one of them. they said that since the other car was towed, it puts him at 3rd tier accident and automatic termination. problem is, the car wasnt towed, not according to the cop and my husband said the driver pulled out the dent and changed the tire and refused tow. ALL of a sudden this morning. the UPS boss said he spoke to the driver and that he was towed after all. we think he called and had the man towed after the fact to the garage trying to find reason to fire my husband. the UNION is saying not to worry, we will get his job back. but i'm in a tizzy. any advise?
