 Off time
I just read a post about time off with WM. The poster was saying something to the effect of you can work 4 days a week and have 4 off then something about working 2 weeks and having 1 week off. It's something like that and I was curious how flexible this really is? He said something about having senority and being able to work 1 week and then take 1 week off. Could someone please clear that up for me.
The other question I have is how do you WM drivers get paid? Is it hourly, mileage, by the run?
