ozark drivers

Any of you guys drive for Ozark? I just started driving for them, about three weeks, and so far it sucks. Dispatch ignors my log. They dispatch me on a 650 mile trip with an appointment I can't make with available hours. How do I deal with this without gettin fired? I was a driver for a small co. but went looking for more money. Didn't realize I'd have to sacrifice my body.
