I'd love to have a forum on here where we could ask for/offer/research advice on expensive electronics,supplies, gear, boots, coolers, etcetera!!!

Who doesn't NEED to save a dollar? I'd LIKE to hear what brand of boots lasted or were really comfortable from another driver who has really put 'em to the test!

Is your brand of refrigerator the coldest (or lasted the longest)? Were your waterproof boots REALLY waterproof?!

We'd have a better chance to spend a hard-earned dime on quality the FIRST time, instead of guessing or just trusting a brand name. The little time I'm home, I want to relax or spend with my family, not research the entire web for product reviews!

Besides, we all know it can be SUCH a pain to return defective merchandise to a store on the other side of the country, since you never know when you'll 'pass that way again'.

This would benefit new drivers just outfitting themselves, as well as old-timers with worn-out gear.

Another good idea for this forum would be a section on money-saving tips. (Like what you do to keep from spending $200 a week on food... your great idea may not have occurred to someone else!)

What do you think? Any suggestions? If a lot of interest is shown, a forum will be started!

When it comes to boots, may I say I'm stuck on Wolverines(durashocks- waterproofs). You just cant beat these things for comfort. Feels like they are broke in right out of the box. Hooty out.
