As with any company, there are those that rate their respective company with esteem, it's just that there are more that state the negatives than the positives.
There have been and will be those People (Drivers) that start at Trucking companies and remain as well as those that roll for 30 days to 3 months and whine incessantly about how they're being screwed over by such a miserable company that'll still be in business when the new whiner starts.
I've never been interested in pulling Reefers but then I don't have to be as there are those that want to do such and are having problems getting a leg up.
I prefer not being a Trucker anymore yet it's mainly what I've done since '98 therefore I hope to land something Local either in a Warehouse setting (possibly moving trailers on and off docks) loading/unloading or with a Flatbed doing Local or Regional or Dedicated.
I've recently signed up with a National Driver Temporary to Permanent Service and have some definitive possibilities/probabilities.

Everyone starts off with a bag full of luck
and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill
the experience bag before the luck bag is empty.
