if you had a friend who was sadly hooked on drugs & on the run from the police, what would you do ? afterall, this is your FRIEND and you don't wanna see him suffer but you feel guilty by calling the authorities. im stuck in a terrible situation because this guy is in another state, i don't have a last name, and i do not have an address. all i have is a cell phone # and my gut tells me to call the copsso they can trace it. i am the only one he calls cause he has no one else so i know i gotta do something. as for being on the run, he has a warrant for a petty crime but chooses to keep running & hiding. i spoke to him today and he was getting high. i have never seen or heard someone doing this until today. it was sickening. i had to pull the truck over because i was distraught. anybody with a positive word, please feel free.
