This video has been around the internet and back. Some say it was about the man who had his testicles removed etc.
Apparently it turned out to be a comedy show called "In De Gloria"....a comedy sketch called "Boemerang" acted by an actor named Tony Van Dyck.
I thought it was real until I started researching it.

Lot's of people were appalled at how insensitive people were to laugh at people's plight.
True, you should not laugh or make fun of people peoples unfortunate situations but this one was very funny because the host just could not stop laughing and everyone else was acting all serious.
