Default question for mechanics
i drive a 2004 freightliner columbia, it has the factory radio in it, can anyone tell me why the am stations reception is so bad on freightliners compared to other makes with same style radio? when the fan kicks on all the static goes away, could it be a ground issue, antenna bad, fm is fine, hate to bug anyone about this but no one else seems to know!... thx
