Door adjustment My shoulder is killing me from trying to force open my drivers door, the wind caught it and put it out of adjustment by throwing the door open farther than it should be opened, when I got the truck it was like this, now its just worse, I work out of a shuttle site so I try to do what I can on my own rather than getting the truck sent off to Little Rock.
I have an international 8600, open the hood and there are 4 bolts 2 per hinge, I can see that the washers are out of place, the shiney is showing where the washers should be, this is where I believe it needs to be adjusted....now my question is, if I loosen these 4 bolts to get my door back into proper alignment, should I have another person standing by, or is this something I could do by myself. PFG may get a little irritated if I screw this up to where I can't close my door. Can anyone help?? |
