After reading the matierial that KK posted, I believe that we had better take a pro-active response to the coming changes. Start to ask WHY.....

Why does it take 2 hrs to hook a set of emptys in a major DC?
Why am I being held over 14 for emptys?
Why are we still sleeping guys out over established meet/turn lanes?
Why aren't I being utilized to the extent of my DOT hours?
Why are you saving that freight when I am standing here with time NOW?

I'm sure that everybody can add to this list.....With all of the concessions that were given to these folks in the last contract, they are running out of excuses for failing business decisions......not to mention poor management at the ground level. Time to start holding people accountable.
