Got an "update" today that says YRC has applied for a new EIN. ( Employee Identification Number-for taxes purposes ) And BLAH< BLAH>BLAAH....

But it also had said, Do not be confused by a Business name and a company name. The Business name is YRC. The companies of Yellow will still keep their SCAC code of YFSY, and Roadway will still keep their SCAC of Rdwy. It said a bunch more about each brand having made such a solid and long time reputation,and they are going to keep it this way.

And Yellow revenue will still go to Yellow revenue, and Roadway revenue will still go to Roadway....

Does this sound like separate, but equal to you? It does to me....

So... P&D driver's...if you gotta pick up a check..don't let them get away with telling you , "Uh, I gave the credit card info to Roadway, when you are Yellow, ( and vice versa )
