April 2009 YRC will have to pay its employees a .40 cent a hour wage increase and a $1.00 a hour increase for health and welfare. I was told by the local manager that this will sink the ship, if it has not sunk by then. Some guys are trying to stay positive and hope for the best while others are talking about moving on to non-union carriers. Anybody own a crystal ball?
