What happened on the inbound line at LCP was a travesty the other morning. I will not expound on it because of the sensitive nature for the parties involved. The company chose to "squeeze" a man that they will never get one iota of info from. Even if he did know he wouldn't tell you anything. I'm not condoning theft or pilfering freight but trying to "squeeze" a man because you think you have him over a barrel with the threat of losing his job is just plain sad. Some people still have dignity and you just cant take that away from some like you have others. How well do you screen the likes of AHAB, HABIBI and the rest of your so called "security" team that we catch sleeping whenever we come in on the weekends?? Or how about the little gatherings that they have in the parking lot with all of their "boys" when they are supposed to be working? Nice going...
