Once again....senority should prevail...What if a 10 year man at Yellow was laid off and a 5 year man at Roadway was not....should he work ahead of the laid off Yellow brother?....If it is to be one company....then there should be a master list of the terminal in dovetail order....then if 10% are laid off....then it would be from the bottom of a dovetailed list.....KK

Do you have any info on this grievance? Local number, city state or national decision. UE and velocity language should not apply to merger of boards.

I hear that three more barns where put on the merger list. doe's someone have the list to post. the local is in talks this friday with the my terminal. me thinks it has to do with the seniority list and job rules. our terminal manager has control of the whole building. Yellow and Roadway. can't get info from the company or the local.paying dues and getting no answers.
