Just start telling thier employees every chance you get that "you have heard once the EFCA is signed into law that very many FedEx employees are chomping at the bit to sign up. This may actually stir up some people who otherwise might not, plus it could put YRC back on level on a playing field therefore helping us all".

kinda funny they want our business when they can't handle what they've got now. word is they are only working three day work weeks. We've had several shipments in the last couple of weeks because Fed- ex couldn't get by to pick up.

Excellent article, short and to the point...they need to knock off the short selling practices of these criminals, and I say prosecute every one of them...they are helping to drive the market into the ground..

Your post will probably get deleted by the mods, but to the point: this isn't the 50's and 60's anymore. I'd be bad for our image too.

Too, back then people didn't sue each other after a fight much. Nowadays, the cops come, start cuffing people and everyone has to bail out of jail and pay their attorneys lots of money when the lawsuits start flying.

The only people who "win" are the courts, the docs and the cops.

Oh yeah, and SCREW those fed-"EX" liars!

Nuff said.
