Maybe they can offer a retirement deal 4000 oldtimers cant refuse. Get them out of the teamsters and free up some vacation pay too.

I do know of a few who will retire soon due to the changes going on....hopefully, most of the 4,000 can come through employee atriction....KK

I said way back when they negotiated this contract if it was believed that YRC indead needed concessions that we all should ante up. Not just the new part timers or the laid off/bottom of the board. So I agree as long as NO OT. But you gotta know we are in the minority.
