Got sent from Saint Paul to Green Bay with mt's, got to Green Bay and was told to grab a set of mt's and go to the Ridge! Idiots! I laughed the whole way home.

Cool Need A Way To Contact Our "Chief Strategy Officer"!

We need an e-mail or phone hot line to Richard W. our Chief Strategy Officer, who is supposed to be the "overseer" of YRCW right now! Maybe he's got the gonads to do something about this "mismanagement" of OUR (yes WE are employee owners now) corporation!

Wow, thanks guys. I appreciate all this info. I'm a dispatcher at a terminal thats closing on the next coo. Wasnt totally sure if I wanted to stay and try to move to another terminal or go to the competition (Central & Conway are interested). At this point Central seems like a better place (I know, ouch, that kind of hurts right?). The bad news is I consider myself a decent dispatcher. Meaning, we dont have any of the issues you guys talk about here, rarely miss pickups and generally know whats going on. So the company's and my fellow employees loss. Peace Out.

I have some good Management, don't always do what I think we should but I sold my trucking company and now have to let them run theirs. But I have worked at other terminals at RDWY and seen some of the stupidest in the past that still continues today. Thats whats frustrating, everyone has brain farts, but to let it go on day after day....Oh well, I'm not part of the mix and someday maybe I'll be able to remember that.

Every trucking company I have worked at (and that number is over 20) does crap like this all the time. The one that was run the best, was hands down, UPS.
