You sound like a non union guy that tells me he makes less in salary, less in H&W and has no pension contribution but he is doing better than a union guy at full rate even though you have to work 50 + hrs. to make what a full rate union worker does in 40 hrs. YRC is leading this trainwreck of bad freight rates and pay reductions !! Ask any non union guy that has to take a reduction, it is directly affected by what the union carriers are having to do. What do you mean by running the company "the right way" ???
The guys at ft smith will always make money. It doesn't matter what you guys see.

I work for A.B.F at 184. I had 13 yrs. at Roadway but left after a poor COO decisicion. I do not understand the point of comparing the wage reductions of one Teamster company to another, of course they will have some advantage, however, if they need any medical care, they will see a huge increase in out of pocket expense plus the more hours they will have to work to equal full rate. Why crunch the numbers to show that you are making less because of poor decisions from upper management who will still get a golden parachute while you go look for another job?? I
