out in HAR 5-6 days a week.. why do the line haul drivers insist pulling their back trailers 10-18' out of a parking spot ??? please don't tell me,they need to make sure it's hooked.... the city drivers don't drag the 40-53 footers half way out off the dock... maybe, they know when the trailer is hooked ?? hummmmm....

Maybe you need to stop worrying about what others are doing and pay attention to what you are doing.....maybe we'll hook a dolly to you and drag your a$$ 10 to 18'.....

First off destruction of company property should result in your dismissal. Second, u have proven yourself to be abusive. Third and last... On your best day u would not last... I pull the same equipment, tire damage costs us thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Oh, not to say wasted time in shops getting non compliance tires replaced to abusers like yourself...

Thought they had a big discussion and memo go out about this and they wanted stopped. They said no more hooking rears from the dock.Remember it is tight around the dock on one side.

Not to mention brakes, kingpins, locking jaws, trailer frames, and the abuse of the motor and transmission on the tractor. Never understood why drivers do this ::shit::. It's not necessary.

I agree !!!!!!! saw a P and D driver on Friday drag a new 48 ft trl from the dock ..I was so pissed to see him do that new equipment .Do that to it a lot and you bend the landing gear on it . Everyone see it and hears it and nothing gets done about it.

Our pos hostlers will do it all the time also or drop the trailer while still backing listening to that gear grinding on the ground. No one cares, nothing gets done about it that's why our stuff looks worst than a Swift yard.

Not to mention the damage it does to our dirt yards. Holes and ruts because we need to spin the drives and make sure it's hooked. This is the same guy that hooks and books and never checks the equipment or does an inspection.
