http://worldservicesgroup.com/guides/Guide to Investment Funds in the Cayman Islands (December 2006).pdf , Cayman Island fund info , this is where my Golfing buddy told me to put my p.t. wk-end driving job's 401-K , and it's been doing great ! and best part is that none of my 5 ex-wives can't get any of the money !!! SWEET DEAL !!!

Aren't YRC teamsters in the western conference in a 401 only with 0% going to the pension fund already?
WSPF accepted the last pension contribution from YRC in March of 2009.
My first record of YRC depositing 25% of my original pension contribution amount, $1.45/hour is September of 2011.
Since then, I have been credited each year for 2080 hrs x $1.45 = $3016.
It's not a lot, but it's better than dumping it into the black hole of the CSPF.

I just thought you were a tough man when I saw you worked 7 days a week. The 5 wives takes tough to a whole new level. (Lol) You may want to check into the annual mental health benefits in your Central States Medical to help you recover from all of that stress before they cut that out too. (Lol)

I understand we all are frustrated not getting what we thought we would. But what many will get is still much much more than the alternative.

Not with the exorbitant contributions the companies have been forced (in negotiations) to pay into the fund.ABF contributes a tad over 300/week, primarily to keep the fund alive for those already retired.
Also, how much will the pension fund yield us in the event of a YRCW default, vs a 401 K ?

Don't get me wrong, I would prefer 36 grand per year in retirement vs any 401K less than a million bucks. Tax payers pay for the public employees pensions, we don't have that luxury.
Our pension is screwed, time to stop the Ponzi charade and make the contributions on our behalf just that, contributions on our behalf.
