Correction!! When YRC wants us too!!!Holland's freight is never late, it gets there exactly when they want it to.
Sad but true!!!Before that stinking yellow frt got a hold of us,Holland WAS head and shoulders above all other LTL companies, but those days are gone forever now...............SAD!
I would go back. ...if they were to come back to my area. ...it's not gonna happen though

Didn’t want to move. .... could of went to Cleveland or buffalo. ...Youngstown was filled. ...had a daughter in high school. ... house paid for. ...why didn't you move with the work?
No but I would like to be paid like themI would rather work at Holland than any non union ltl out there. The benefits, even without a pension, and the work rules still set us apart.
I talked to a Saia driver today who told me they are killing them....4 days a week. That's right, forced to work 4 days per week in the middle of damn summer to keep from paying time and a half for an extra day.
That is over a 20% pay cut in the middle of summer.
Can anyone say they would rather be working at a non union ltl?
