FedEx Freight | New trailers

I see so many people drop out without even thinking about looking up at the lights, let alone kicking tires. A large amount walk to the dolly and start disconnecting without seeing if all the lights were still working on the tail trailer.

Yep, I see it every day. Personally I'm a tire kicker and not a tire thumped and simply make sure the lights still work, tires aren't flat and no lug nuts missing.... However I do not go under the trailer except to make sure my dolly is locked and loaded

sounds like our place we have ppl that do a faster pretrip and post trip than time they spend in the rest room at work

i prefer old trailers much better than new one as new trailers face suspension issues with the loosening up and moving around, need to check up spring pressure and pintle lock mechanism regularly.
