I work for a different company, but was wondering how does your company handle finding drivers a hotel? Is it up to the company or you? What happens when they're all booked?
 
It's up to the company to not only find you a hotel, They also have to transport you to & from the Hotel back to your terminal.
 
The company signs a contract with a nearby motel. Motel is to provide a room there or at a similar motel for agreed upon price. Motel provided transportation depends on driver volume and contract. Terminals that only put a few drivers to bed usually have the drivers bobtail to motel.
