FedEx Freight | Very Unprofessional

The article says the bus driver has been "let go". I'm thinking the Fed-Ex driver should also be let go. SMH

Maybe im not seeing the whole picture, but what i see is a car rounding the corner in front of the Fedex truck, him swerving to miss the car and almost take out a school bus that's passing him in a no passing zone. If that's what happened and i had kids riding a school bus, i would be calling the bus company and thanking them for letting that driver go!!!

Like I said, i might not be seeing the whole picture???

Wonder what the asshat in the school bus was trying to do? But the asshat in the truck should be glad I'm not his safety man. Just plain dangerous stupid acts by both of them. I saw the car rounding the corner but it was in its own lane and would not impede the truck.

What I'm seeing is a bus driver and a truck driver that are having issues with each other that I bet started long before this tape started rolling. Has for the car, he comes around the ramp well ahead of the truck and never left the right lane. But everyone has their own spin on things I guess....

He was that kid in the back of the bus with the helmet on........:438:

Rumor on the street has it he didn't ride the short bus, he wasn't even in a minivan...he was in a rickshaw...Big dave, you're still my hero.

ST, minivan rider....helmets? we couldn't afford no damn helmets! We dreamed of helmets! We bounced off the windshield and liked it!

Both of them were wrong. Truck driver was taking the law into his own hands, and the bus driver was flatly ignoring the law. This is a situation where nobody wins. Trucker should've known he wouldn't stop the bus going by, and if he really felt so strongly about the illegal pass he should've made note of the bus company, unit number and license plate to report the bus driver.

Don't try to be a hero. It's not your job.

Yep, our guy was fired too, and appropriately so. Whether or not kids were on the bus, you don't do nonsense like that. Period. I don't care how bad somebody cuts you off, gives you the finger, whatever. Just dumb. And he had 17 years with the company too.
