Subject: Scary News from the Election Supervisor

Dear Teamster Member:

We got alarming news from the Election Supervisor today. So far, only 48,871 ballots have been received from members. More ballots are in the mail, of course. But over 1.2 million ballots are sitting at home.

These figures are a wake-up call for every Teamster who knows we can’t afford five more years of Hoffa-Hall.

It will take 150,000 to 175,000 votes to win this election. We have three more weeks to make it happen. We can do it! But not if we kid ourselves into thinking everyone has voted when there are over 1.2 million ballots sitting in members’ homes.

I’m asking you to do two things.

First, send me your Get Out the Vote ideas. What can YOU do this week to get other Teamsters to vote? What should our campaign be doing? We’ll share the best ideas.

Second, join me on a national conference call this Saturday to get an update on where we stand—and to make plans for our final Get Out the Vote Push.

This election is neck and neck. The next three weeks will determine who wins. Let’s do this!

I would think at this point and time that everyone knows that Hoffa/Cronies only care about themselves,nothing new there. I don't think it's about what they think of You or if they care about You.........IT'S What YOU THINK Of YOURSELF !!!!!! AND Do YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF AND FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!! Voting is the only way to make a difference,take Your livelihood out of their hands.

What does your BA or Stewart have to do with members voting? Unless you are brand new as a teamsters,you should have all the education you need about Hoffa by just going to your job every day. Enough excuses Just Vote......

That's it, but most Freight Teamsters do not vote. Veteran Freight Teamsters are just as guilty, If not more so, because they know better.

Rest assured, all the non voting veterans, will be crying when Hoffa gets reelected.

The non voting rookies, won't know a difference.

The International Union election is coming down to the wire. There’s still time to vote for the Fred Zuckerman Teamsters United slate—and to remind other members to vote.

If you did nt get a Teamster ballot yet, or if you need a new one, call the independent Election Supervisor at 844-428-8683 to order a ballot.

The Fred Zuckerman Teamsters United slate is the choice for members who want to win good contracts and benefits—and end corruption in our union.

The ballot replacement line is open Monday-Friday, 8am-9pm (Eastern) and Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm (Eastern).

Mark the first column to vote for change and a new Teamster General President.

Thanks for that update. 10% could be a winning number for us, we vote in large percentages, maybe we're the only one voting. THAT would be gratifying.

Is it RIGGED ?????????? it sounds like you have prematurely reelected Hoffa. I'm going to continue to be optimistic and say that the United Slate will prevail. Vote Vote AND VOTE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
