Does anyone know anything about OD in little rock. Is it a good place, pay, and people. What's it like, any information would be much appreciated.

Im working for Averitt, 7 months OTR Exp. Im switching to city soon.
 
Just letting you know you are not being ignored. Just don't know many based out of Little Rock. Know some who do nightly meets in that yard, yet not based. Been 6 years since I've been down there, so any info I would give is way outdated.
 
Little rock is a great terminal. Its a little outdated but with the growth OD has I bet in the next 5 years they will be seeing a new terminal. The terminal manager their is a really good guy also.

Man I'm glad to here that at least. I didn't know what to expect. I'm looking for a quality company, with quality pay and quality co workers. As far as I have researched there doesn't seem to be to many choices in Little Rock, I'm going by the sizes of the terminals cause I know a small terminal is not worth my time. What do you guys think??
 
Small terminals sometimes can be a good thing with a growing company like OD. I started at my terminal bottom man with a run down terminal and in a few months moved into a brand new large facility and now have 10 guys below me. Pm me if you have ever any questions about anything.

Interesting, I didn't think of it like that. Do you work for OD? I heard it's a really good high paying company, which is rare on both parts...
