Staying on your knees doesn't do much either!
I gathered some truth out of bonus postings, in the end a whole lot of money was divided up between the top 100. They can have all they want but there is no mechanism for labor other than those dirty teamsters. In our campaign not once did I hear the teamsters promise anything other than a chance to negotiate. This movement started when the dust settled after the recession, someone may clear my post but weren't there some type of promise of returning 401 match if we met goals? Why did that topic die? Why isn't it the topic on every single employee of the company? Beyer told us in a meeting that the threat of a union can benefit us, other than throwing shillings at our feet every year my feeling is keep voting yes until our retirement is improved.

Sssshhhhh! Don't tell on the silent Army..:27::1036316054:

The pro union crowd is bolstered by the anti union crowd being willing to go work somewhere else. As the anti's leave it results in a greater concentration of pros. And they are leaving in droves. Meaning we will surely see more votes. The raise is nice. But it didn't do anything to change attitudes or opinions. The only ones being silent is management, in particular upper management, and that is stocking the flames of the pro crowds fire.

I don't know about the region you work at but like i mentioned before the region i'm at is bleeding out drivers out of the 20 that left in the last 6 month's 17 of them have gone to union companies. Last 4 just went to Safeway. So not everyone that leaves is a anti union.

Just one question were was this bill when the Democrat's,(which are almost always support by the unions) had control in the senate, congress, and White House.
Don't wet me started on those thieving piece of ::shit:: politician.
But To answer your question. I'll ask you .Were are the blue collar worker's at? when the politician's are stealing and passing this ::shit:: law's.
Most people have forgotten this country supposed to be ran by the people.
For the People by the people is the saying in the Constitution. Politician shall not overtake the people. But it sure it working that way. It's all about the power and the green.
But like somebody said here most working people are on their knees. Happy with what ever they get. If we don't stand up and change the government for the better it won't change on it's own. Just like XPO. And i know your going to tell me. But i'm happy with the way XPO is. And the rich corporate fck$ will tell you. But i'm happy with the way the government is. So there's no difference between you two.
Anyways like i said i don't want to get going on the politician's..They **** me off.:smiley emoticons spam3::1904::1904:

We are near by. Around me it's mostly OD and FedEx getting our drivers. And they need them. They are swamped. UPS is begging for drivers. No one wants to deal with their BS. A few have gone to Holland. The one thing we both are sure of is that drivers are leaving. Regardless of where they chose to go or who they favor.

3x's and 4x's LIKE on this statement.

In sports you have a bench to put in when the starters get hurt , need a break , get old etc...The environment and policies of the management/leadership of XPO have really crushed the bench. If XPO were a baseball team it would have NO minor league teams at all. The farm system is destroyed.

Sad part about this is. The driver trainer who had been working for Con/XPO had about 13 year's with the company was part of the management click ,and His one of the guy's who went to Safeway last week. Now they have a guy as the driver trainer and i think he got his CDL 8 month's ago when he started at XPO. I'm sorry but to me that's sad.

I believe that are some of the reason drivers are leaving. The other is we are drivers. Yes we all know dock work comes with this job. When the powers to be cut trucks, so now you bottom end guys are dock works waiting for someone to go home to have a truck to drive. I not sure about other barns, but this is a daily thing at mine. I have seen load after load sitting there with driver available but they have no truck to drive. God forbid we have truck out of service and then it just snowballs.
