seems like the morons who run Maspeth are at it again. a veteran dispatcher told the TM to F off once told he'd be working nights & quit. seems like nothing i know but the guy really worked well with us drivers & the customers. biggest mistake upper management made was letting this mental midget become the TM. the guy is theee most ignorant & absent minded person I've ever encountered. instead of finding a replacement for Todd, Bob N, now with SAIA, handed his lackey the keys to the car. if he was on fire i wouldn't even spit on him

don't worry, swankee will be there to fix it, heard he went to philly , fired tm, and now all is good down there, you just have to wait your turn for that moron to show up at your terminal. than he can fix it and all will be better. seriously, has anyone who has been here awhile seen npme operate any more poorly than we do right now?cant p/u freight cant get it delivered...move freight and handel it more than even yrc does on any one shipment... we used up all crst trailers the other night using for trap trailers. always short handed as far as help for all positions. but we got a new web site!!!! I here but don't know for sure that it crashes more than all the npme drivers put togather..we increased shipments in april and may like other carriers but we are down .01% in revenue unlike other carriers who are up in revenue. these two clowns running the show shouldn't be aloud to use the npme name on anything they run...course by now, most customers know, what a piece of :

no first there is faust, president of what used to be npme, than his hatchet man is swankee, who I guess is trying to run the place, he has at least succeeded in firing almost all old npme people and hired old yrc people who didn't make the cut when they first merged roadway and yellow. faust is one of them, but now he is a president . he than came from roadrunner, and that's were he brought swankee from, not sure of that connection. I see thoses two kissed and made up with roadrunner cause now we are hauling there :: freight again. no need to be sorry, I wish I didn't know how these clowns came to be in charge!!! it makes it worse knowing there back ground a bit...

I'm going to say perry, he actually is long time npme employee, worked the system, 05, 18, 02 and than tm in 03 for best part of 10 years, maybe. he is one of the few npme people still around.
Perry Moser- he seems to be approachable on issues also seems far more knowledgeable than the roadrunner duo.
Todd is now a regional manager under Moser
Moser is longterm NP but he gave in to their philosophy to get a promotion. Im sure he really doesnt believe it but he sold out to keep his job instead of doing what everyone else did was to go elsewhere. Cant trust him.
yesterday morning was quite the seen in Maspeth. the steward was addressing the issue of us not communicating with the very unintelligent management people. this is due to some trucks not having working computers. once he was done a fellow driver went completely off and ripped dispatch a new one. everything he said was true re the BS that's been going on. he insulted everyone who currently is in dispatch, including the TM who is a coward and wont even face him. he broke down everything from from equipment issues to the survey that was conducted a few months back in which we just roasted the TM and his team of losers with an F grade. it continued in the back offices where he roasted the new guy lol. you could've heard his voice a mile away. gladly the steward & BA were present & backed him completely. he was brutally honest. and no, the TM did absolutely nothing but stand by lol. something needs to change ASAP
now re the survey's results, Perry paid us a visit and said he knows what the problem is and promised changes. all these months later.... nothing's changed for the better. it's only gotten worse. Maspeth is a black eye. Todd ran this place 100% differently. since he left 07, it's been all down hill

i hope not. it should be very easy to replace those who call the shots in Maspeth. us workers shouldn't have to suffer any more
