I couldn't agree with you more Brother Apostolic. Being familiar with the Harrison and Newark, NJ. area where this happened, I can tell you the speed limit is 35 mph, not 55mph. He missed the sign that tells you about the Antiquated second RR Bridge and just hammered down under I-280 that is about 16 ft.tall at that point.
 
With a truck driver shortage I'm sure the next generation of drivers will have less & less experience.
I have a friend who is an instructor at a truck driving school on the south side of Chicago,and asked him if they cover this with students. He said verbally in classroom. I told him I would take them down a street,right up to a low viaducts,then stop them in time,and say now get yourself out of here...Bet they won't forget trying to back out of that mess....
