I was looking into joining the OD Team. Tell me what you all think of the company you work for. How does it pay & how are the benefits? Any dockwork required? Tell me all the reasons I should join and should not join! Also is there a experience requirement. I do have my license but not much experience driving, although I have been in the freight business for about 3 years. Thanks for all of your input!
 
WOW!!!??? You guys sure are freindly!!! I hope if I do join the team, and one day I'm riding down the dock and dump a skid, one of you will at least stop to help!!! We dont have to talk, I promise!!! I already know you dont wanna talk!!! HAHA...

I have learned,along with other O.D.employees,to check a poster's previous posts before I reply.It is a good way to seperate the ###clowns from serious people.You sir,are working for the circus.

@this point here in tx, after being employed for about a mont w/o.d.,, i`ve found that this is one of the better companies to work for in the ltl frieght industry. here in h-town they put on about 10 drivers a month ago and as a few of us expressed yesterday after the tour of duty ended , that there is much satisfaction from us. so summing it all up thumbs up. good luck:Banane01:

in har we run short on tractors though out the day but then again we have been training newbees for then past couple of month and haven't seen to many new ones
