XPO | 4 Quarter and 2017 Results

I surprised no one has post this yet. We ended the year at a 87.7 OR compared to an 89 OR last year.
I also saw a post at the FAC Friday night about a meeting they are holding on Monday. I guess we will all find out then.

I think we all knew about it. But were waiting on the Monday communication before losing our ::shit::. I can't wait to hear how they are going to punch us in the balls next.
 
Good, then I want a raise and big corporate tax break bonus from the all the money the company no longer has to pay to the gubmt.


It's nice to want things. Any bets against us getting bupkis ? A raise and bonus would be amazing. But we already know where we stand on the bonuses this year, and losing seasoned drivers, mechanics, office staff and management have fueled his growing EBITDA demands. Why would they offer us anything more ?

It's been said by higher ups ( as early as 3rd quarter last year ) that a raise was already planned for this year. Nobody seems to know how much and when it will be revealed.

If someone knows ( for a fact , not speculation and rumor/gossip ) they are not talking.

I sure the local TM's don't even know yet. I think they will find out when they walk in on Monday morning. I work LH I sure it will be all over this board before I even get into work

As has been mentioned in other threads, we have heard everything from 70 cents to 7%. No one is holding their breath.

all we were told was that every april they go through that bullshit "market-based"analysis,how easy it is in each individual market to find and keep drivers,then your "raise" or lack of raise is based on that

Was talking to driver from XLSL,and he said they heard last Friday it will be announced this week that all XPO employees will get a gift certificate,instead of a cash bonus,for a free treadmill from Nordic Trac. It will also be delivered,and set up,Free of charge, by last mile specialists...

No good news to me. What happened to that whole "show the drivers some love" idea? I was all for that.
One of our competitors have a contract, the other announced 1.5 billion into pension and old dominion goes about there business without paying overtime. Where is the love? Just leave or bury your heads in the sand.
Just another slap in the face with loss of 2 more days that have been a standard. Just get back to work and grieve quicker I guess
