CINCINNATI -- Police are investigating a crash that claimed the life of a 53-year-old trucker early Tuesday morning.

Charles D. Osborne was driving his tractor-trailer from Interstate 471 to Fort Washington Way at about 2:30 a.m. when it hit a concrete barrier, flipped and fell 30 feet to Monastery Street.

Police said Osborne, of Bagdad, Ky., wasn't wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
