I'm in the east and they hold my check 12 now and 10 after the new Tuesday pay. You must be in one of those states that requires to be paid the following week

Dear Bradley Jacobs, Your new system to view our pay stubs sucks. I don’t even have a computer. My phone does all I need. The person trying to help me find it finally admitted it works better if you are using a computer. This is uncalled for. It should not be this difficult to view a statement. The irony is I finally switched a few weeks before this to a paperless statement and had no problems. We already were the most aggravating company to woofir and now this. Uncalled for.

Work for
 
You should still be able to view them on the old portal. The info on the new portal says the statements should be be available a day before the first payday of April(tomorrow if that info is correct).

The old statements you can view on the old portal. The new ones you need to use the new portal or download the SuccessFactors App

This is absolutely stupid for a company that brags about how IT accomplished it is and set something up like this portal! It is Windows based or Office 365 wouldn’t be involved. I haven’t owned a Windows based computer in years and I will never own another. The company can still furnish my copies. Nuff said!

Me too called to get my stubs sent to me
 
I tried it on my iPhone, no issues. Took a few steps, but you can view your cheque. I’ll mess around some more with it, but it was pretty easy for me.
 
I downloaded SuccessFactors on my iPad and finally figured out how to see my check. However, it is way convoluted trying to read it. I called my HR generalist (local contact) and asked to have a pay stub mailed to me. She said no problem, so that’s what I recommend if you are having trouble like so many are.

For the second week in a row I can see half of my pay stub. I will go in and have the FOS print one again and will do so until this is changed. There is zero reason to make viewing your pay stub this difficult. The old portal was easy to navyand worked fine. I guess we can’t afford to do this properly becyit would take too much away from EBITDA. Really motivated to do a good job today.
