Why did you lie about being a Teamster.

We knew it was a lie because you stated you were a ups Teamster but yet you never post there because you aren’t one you just lied.
I posted on the UPS forum at 12:45 P.M., Caught you bull :shit:ting the T.B. FORUMS again muler. Your washed up muler, go away.

In other words... you only support unions when it suits you.

That said... now tell me... just why are you anti-Teamster?

That's not what I said at all, so no not "in other words". I support unions that are run like a meritocracy.

I'm anti-teamster because they are everything but a meritocracy.

Again you hate the Teamsters but you have nothing better yo do than hang around a Teamster forum.

Lol...

1st... name me one union that is run like a meritocracy.

2nd... give me some examples of how you think the union should operate like a meritocracy?

and third... do you even realize what a labor union is all about?

I have news for you... a meritocracy would work in a perfect world where everyone would be fair... honest and just but we are far from living in a perfect world. In other words... there wouldn't be any need for labor unions or contracts in a perfect world.

Outside of unions, most people would likely argue that this is how most businesses should be run like a meritocracy. Those who perform well and succeed at their jobs should be promoted, get paid more, become the boss, and ultimately the leader of the organization. On the flip side, those who can’t hack it eventually get bad reviews and leave the organization. You can see this somewhat in effect in the cutthroat Wall Street up or out promotion culture, but there are few other places you see something like this in effect.

I specifically called out labor unions are the opposite of a meritocracy as they breed unified pay scales and similar systems designed to be specifically counter-meritocracy. Some bosses and managers claim they are impartial and fair, but actually just promote those who look, act, and work like they do. Anyone who has spent more than a few years in cubicle land has seen undeserved promotions and deserving people looked over. It is almost laughable that some big businesses claim to promote the best performers when, in fact, managers are more likely to promote team members they simply like better.

In other words... only the company suck asses and those naïve individuals with over inflated egos who think they are the company's finest would believe that a meritocracy would actually work in today's society. Or didn't you ever hear of... "it's not what you know... it's who you know"?

Here's something for that liberal mindset of yours to ponder on... sure... the early bird catches the worm which is good for the bird... but... how about the worm?

1st... name me one union that is run like a meritocracy.

Simple. MLBPA

Set minimum pay rates much lower and award merit pay based on "merit". Allow step increases based on performance, safety record, other objective metrics.

Yes.

There you go, on cue, right from the victim script. You know there are plenty of men and women out there that do an above average job, with pride, and aren't company suck asses. They deserve more than those who do the bare minimum to get by.

That's funny. I'm so far from being a libtard, it's ridiculous. There's a reason lots of labor union support comes from the libtarded side of the aisle.

you are anti-Teamster because you were in management with a Teamster company... or are you going to try and deny that fact now?

I've been in LTL at both union and non-union carriers in hourly positions and management positions. I now have clients that are both union and non-union that I provide a service for (not an employee). That's numerous perspectives. From not one of those perspectives do the Teamsters look good to me. I can understand how a certain type of worker would find much benefit in membership.

Not a very good example SC Freight or aka ex396. May I remind you of a baseball superstar that was wrongly held back from being paid for his stellar performances. That name would be Curt Flood. And lets not forget one can be the best player in baseball and not get a raise or any thing extra for the first five years of their career in the majors. Players have agents that handles the contract talks with the teams.

What's that you said about being so far away from being a libtard... lol

Exactly what you would expect to hear from a CFO such as yourself.

There you go, on cue, right from the victim script. You know there are plenty of men and women out there that do an above average job, with pride, and aren't company suck asses. They deserve more than those who do the bare minimum to get by.

You mean... like CEOs and CFOs? By those who do the bare minimum to get by... do you mean the working class that just goes to work every day and do their job without even trying to find a way for the company to save more money by screwing the workers and getting them to accept less?

Now as you can all see ex396 posted all these things about himself. And Docker and I are going after the post not the poster.
